FAQ
Questions, answered plainly
Pricing, minimums, returns, integrations and compliance — without the sales language.
Buying calls & leads
Buying calls & leads
No monthly minimum on any product. We do ask for a meaningful test volume — usually 50 to 100 calls — because a ten-call sample tells neither of us anything statistically useful. You can stop after the test with no obligation.
Everything is month-to-month. No annual commitments, no notice periods and no termination fees. If we stop being useful, you stop paying us. That constraint keeps us honest.
It depends on the vertical, the states, how tight your filters are, and the time of year. Medicare during AEP prices very differently from auto in a soft month. We quote a real number after we know your requirements rather than publishing a rate card that would be wrong for most people.
Yes on pay-per-call and warm transfers — a call routed to you is not simultaneously ringing another buyer. On leads you can choose exclusive, semi-exclusive or shared, priced accordingly. We will never describe a shared product as exclusive.
Typically 48 to 72 hours from agreement. Same-day pricing, a short onboarding call to set filters, buffer and routing, then test traffic on your lines.
Yes — daily caps, monthly caps, concurrency limits, dayparting and full pause. Changes go through your account manager and usually take effect within the hour.
Quality & returns
Quality & returns
We credit disconnected or invalid numbers, records outside your purchased filters, duplicates within 30 days, obvious fraud or test data, and anything missing a valid consent certificate. Returns go through your account manager or the return endpoint, normally within seven days. There is no cap on how many you may raise.
Flag it with the call ID. We pull the recording and, if it was wrong state, wrong age band, a duplicate or an obvious misdial, it comes off the invoice. Calls that drop before your duration buffer are never billed in the first place.
Yes, on request for any call. Buyers use them for QA and agent coaching as much as for disputes, and we would rather you did.
It depends far more on your floor than on our traffic. Well-run agencies answering inside three rings typically report 8–20% on auto and 12–25% on Medicare during AEP. If yours sits well below that we will listen to recordings with you and give you an honest read on whether it is the traffic or the pitch.
No. Never have. If a record is more than a few minutes old when it reaches you, someone in the chain has already worked it.
Delivery & integration
Delivery & integration
Direct to a number, over a SIP trunk into your PBX, or through your dialer or contact centre platform. We work with Convoso, Five9, Genesys, RingCentral, Twilio and most others.
Real-time HTTP POST in JSON or XML into your CRM, ping-post if you want to bid per record, or email and scheduled CSV for smaller operations. Custom endpoint mapping is included in setup.
HubSpot, Salesforce, GoHighLevel, Zoho, AgencyZoom, Ricochet, Velocify and many others. If your platform accepts data over an API or a webhook, we can post to it.
Yes, with your own filter logic evaluated on the ping so you only accept records you actually want.
You get a live dashboard covering calls, connects, billable duration and spend. Feed disposition data back to us and we will tune the campaign against your revenue rather than our volume.
Compliance
Compliance
Every record comes from our own campaigns with one-to-one, named-party consent, certified by TrustedForm or Jornaya, and scrubbed against federal and state DNC plus known litigator lists. That said, compliance also depends on how you use the record — please see our compliance page and take your own legal advice.
Yes. Give us the record ID or phone number and we return the certificate URL, the verbatim disclosure shown, the timestamp, the originating IP and the landing page. Routine request, no charge.
Send it to us straight away. We pull the certificate and session record, suppress the number across every campaign, and report back in writing. If the record was not properly consented we credit it and investigate the source.
Yes. Disclosures, creative and IVR language are built against current CMS marketing requirements including the required government-affiliation disclaimer, and updated when guidance changes.

No. The two sides of the business are entirely separate. Many clients use us purely as an agency and never buy a call.
You do, always — accounts, domain, pixels, historical data and source code. If we part ways, everything stays with you.
They scale with scope and media spend. Small independent agencies typically start in the low thousands per month; multi-state operations run considerably higher. We quote after the free audit rather than guessing beforehand.
Local terms in a mid-competition metro often move meaningfully in three to six months. Competitive national terms take a year or more and are sometimes not worth chasing at all — we will say so if that is our read.
On the agency side we limit ourselves to one client per vertical per metro, and we tell you at the first call if your area is already taken.

Lead Fortify LLC is headquartered at Alpha Rd Ste 80 Num 319, Dallas, TX 75240, and we serve buyers in all fifty states.
A named account manager who knows your campaign, answers their phone and reviews performance with you weekly. Not a rotating support queue.
Selectively, through a closed programme with manual vetting, mandated consent language, pre-approved creative and ongoing complaint monitoring. Publishers are the highest-risk part of any chain, so we run ours tightly.
Possibly. Get in touch through the contact form with your channels, volumes and current consent stack, and we will tell you quickly whether it is a fit.
Send the pricing form or call (737) 339-7378. Same-day reply with real availability and pricing, then a short onboarding call.

If it is a question about your specific situation, the form is slower than the phone. Call the campaign desk and you will get a straight answer without a discovery call first.
